Impact of the health crisis on living space – 31 August

The pandemic has revived people’s interest in medium-sized cities. While embodying the dreams of some of the French for a more balanced lifestyle, in a human-scale city, this flux of new inhabitants is changing the urban vision: fresh takes on urban planning, sustainable building, new forms of sociability…

What about the impacts on real estate? Will this prove a short-lived trend, or is it set to last? 

This round table ‘Impact of the health crisis on living space: exodus or status quo?’ (in French) is the first meeting of the programme Habiter la France de demain, initiated by Emmanuelle Wargon, deputy Minister for Housing (French government).
