Stellar, Be-Bound and Qwant – 22 February
Ranked among the top 10 blockchains, Stellar, created in 2014 by Jed McCaleb (co-founder of the blockchain Ripple), allows digital issuing, transfer and sharing of all currencies or any assets via the Web, at low cost and with very short reponse times. Its goal is to extend access to low-cost financial services and to tackle poverty across the globe.
Be-Bound recently partnered with Stellar to enable its network to be used in areas where mobile internet connectivity is poor, saturated, or unavailable, i.e. where over 95% of the world’s population lives and works.
On the occasion of the visit to Paris of representatives from Inter/Stellar, the operational entity of Stellar, Be-Bound and its shareholder and partner Qwant are organising a meeting to exchange and discuss their respective ecosystems.
