Whether a large company or a start-up, a community-based organisation, academic institution or local authority, you can join Futura-Mobility! As a member, benefit from the think-tank’s network of contacts, joint projects, and inspirational sessions, plus the annual learning expedition.

There are two membership categories: Premium and Associate.

Premium Membership:

• puts you at the heart of Futura-Mobility’s governance through access to administrative roles and even positions on the Executive Committee. The Board of Directors steers the think tank, determines its future work, topics to be addressed, the destinations for learning expeditions, and studies to be launched… The Board of Directors also decides whether or not to accept new members
• provides access to all the think tank sessions, including exclusive meetings featuring prominent figures; unlimited access (depending on capacity) to these events for Premium Membership company/organisation employees
• provides access to the Futura-Mobility document repository, containing all the work, deliverables, and presentations from speakers hosted by the think tank, including from previous years
• gives speaking priority, when the floor is open, during the think tank sessions
• your company/organisation features prominently in Futura-Mobility’s newsletter, sent out monthly to its community
• opportunity: invite the delegate general of Futura-Mobility to make an in-house presentation, free of charge, thereby providing your company/organisation with an an external viewpoint on mobility issues
• benefit: Futura-Mobility sends you news and press releases about/issued by your competitors
• benefit: priority sharing by Futura-Mobility, on the think tank’s LinkedIn feed, of posts by Premium Members and their contacts
• benefit: preferential rates for learning expeditions: only the cost price for two participants, then an additional 50% from the third participant on.

Associate Membership gives access to the Futura-Mobility network and its work during the years of membership:

• attend the think tank’s General Meeting
• access sessions reserved for think tank members only (but not the exclusive sessions with prominent figures)
• access Futura-Mobility’s outputs during the years your company/organisation is an Associate Member
• take the floor during the think tank sessions, but without priority
• access Futura-Mobility participant network (facilitated networking) and the members’ WhatsApp group
• benefit from preferential rates for learning expeditions: 1.5 times the cost price of the trip for two participants, then twice that cost from the third participant on (NB: non-member organisations invited to join trips pay twice the cost price for one participant, then three times from the second participant on).

Membership fees are decided at the General Meeting. For the year 2026, they are as follows:

Premium Member

• Large enterprise (> 5,000 employees): €22,500 per year
• Medium-sized enterprise (between 250 and 5,000 employees): €12,000 per year
• SME (between 50 and 250 employees): €6,000 per year
• Start-up (< 50 employees) or academic institution: €3,000 per year

Associate Member

• Large enterprise (> 5,000 employees): status not available
• Medium-sized enterprise (between 250 and 5,000 employees): €4,000 per year
• SME (between 50 and 250 employees): €2,000 per year
• Start-up (< 50 employees) or academic institution: €1,000 per year
